EventEngine is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to streamline event marketing within HubSpot by automating the creation and management of event landing pages, content, and communications.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use EventEngine. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
To use EventEngine, you must connect a valid HubSpot portal and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during signup and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purpose
Attempt to access data or systems without authorization
Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
Use automated tools (e.g. bots, scrapers) in a way that degrades performance
EventEngine operates on a monthly subscription model. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
Prices and available plans are listed on our website and may change with notice.
Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
We aim to provide continuous access to the Service, which is hosted on DigitalOcean. However, uptime is not guaranteed, and occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
All content, code, features, and branding associated with EventEngine are the intellectual property of Burrows Consultancy Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
EventEngine stores minimal personal data necessary for operation, such as account holder email addresses. We do not store personal data of event attendees.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of EventEngine complies with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time via your billing dashboard. Following termination, your data may be deleted or archived, and access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burrows Consultancy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify users where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
