Event pages are built on HubDB, which comes with Content Hub Professional or above. The emails go out from a workflow, which needs Marketing Hub Professional or above. Marketing Hub Enterprise covers both on its own. If you're not sure what you're on, ask and we'll check your portal for you. ##### 2. What does "unlimited" actually mean? There are no caps on events, registrations, or users, and nothing is metered. Run 50 events with 10,000 registrations each and the bill is still $249. ##### 3. How long does it take to get started? Connecting your portal and publishing your first event takes under 5 minutes, with a step by step guide the whole way. Most of the time after that goes on writing the event copy, which is the bit we can't do for you. ##### 4. Do I need a new form or workflow for each event? No. EventEngine installs one registration form and one workflow, and every event you run uses them. Add your 40th event and there's still one form and one workflow in your portal. ##### 5. Do I need a developer? No. You create and manage events in the EventEngine app, and the pages, emails, and check-in come with it. Does it work with Zoom or Eventbrite? Yes, and Zoom is the one we connect to directly. You link your Zoom account inside EventEngine, and after an online event we pull Zoom's attendance report and build your Attended and Missed lists in HubSpot for you. Two things to know. Your Zoom account needs to be on Pro or higher with a licensed host, and the meeting needs Require registration switched on. That second one is how we match Zoom's report to your registrants. Eventbrite and anything else synced into HubSpot still gets the same branded event pages. Attendance for Teams and GoToWebinar is manual for now. ##### 7. Is there a contract? No. It's a monthly subscription, and you can stop at any point. ##### 8. How do I cancel? From your Stripe billing dashboard, in about a minute. Access runs to the end of the billing cycle and nothing is charged after that. ##### 9. What happens to my data if I cancel? Nothing happens to it. The forms, contacts, properties, and lists EventEngine created are HubSpot objects in your portal, and they stay there. The only thing that stops is EventEngine managing new events. ##### 10. Is EventEngine GDPR compliant? Yes. Registrant data is written straight into your HubSpot portal and sits under the privacy and consent settings you already have there.
