Adding Speakers to an Event

Event Engine allows you to feature speakers on your event pages, making it easy to showcase who will be presenting at your event.


Speaker Details

Each speaker includes the following fields:

  • Title or salutation (e.g., Dr., Ms., Prof.)

  • Name

  • Job title

  • Company

  • Short biography

  • Photo


How to Add a Speaker

  1. Navigate to your event inside Event Engine.

  2. Scroll down to the Speakers section.

  3. Click Add Speaker.

  4. Fill in the relevant information for the speaker.

  5. Upload a speaker image by dragging and dropping it into the editor.

Tip: Use square images for best results. These format most cleanly in the templates.


Final Steps

Once you've added all your speakers:

  1. Click Update to save changes to your event.

  2. Return to your event landing page in HubSpot.

  3. Refresh the page to view the updated speaker section.

Your speakers will now appear on the event detail page.
