Adding Agenda Items to an Event

Event Engine allows you to build a detailed agenda directly within each event. Agendas help attendees understand the structure and flow of your event content.


Agenda Item Fields

Each agenda item includes:

  • Start time

  • Finish time

  • Title

  • Short description


How to Add Agenda Items

  1. Open the Event Engine app and click into the event you’d like to edit.

  2. Scroll down to the Agenda section of the event editor.

  3. Click Add Agenda Item.

  4. Fill out each field: start time, finish time, title, and description.

  5. To add more items, repeat this process.


Managing Agenda Items

To delete an item: Hover over the item and click the trash can icon.

To reorder items: Drag and drop the agenda panels to rearrange them.

Once you're happy with the agenda:

  1. Click Update to save the event.

  2. Visit the HubSpot-hosted event page and refresh it.

Your updated agenda will appear on the page.
