Uninstalling EventEngine
You can uninstall EventEngine at any time through your HubSpot account. Follow the steps below to disconnect the app and understand how your data is handled.
How to Uninstall EventEngine from HubSpot

In HubSpot, go to Settings

Navigate to Integrations > Connected Apps

Locate EventEngine in your list of connected apps

Click Actions, then select Disconnect

Data Retention
Uninstalling EventEngine does not delete your data.

Event records and registration details will remain stored on our servers

If you reinstall the app, your data will still be available
Requesting Data Deletion
To request permanent deletion of your data:

Email support@eventengine.com

Include your HubSpot Portal ID and a note confirming your request for full data removal
Our team will confirm once your data has been deleted.
