Event Engine gives you complete control over the content and appearance of your event landing pages. From section labels and speaker bios to form positioning and colour schemes, you can tailor every part of the page to fit your brand and audience.
To begin customising your event page:
Open the Event Engine app.
Select the event you want to edit.
In the event page editor, switch to the Content tab.
The Content tab is organised into the following sections:
Main Content
Agenda
Speakers
Partners
Registration Block
Expand any section to edit its text content, labels, visibility, and layout settings.
Within the Agenda section, you can choose from four display styles:
Table
Timeline
Blocks
None (hides the agenda completely)
Select the style that best fits the structure of your event.
The Speakers section allows you to control what information is shown. You can:
Show or hide the entire speaker section
Toggle speaker images on or off
Display or hide job titles and organisations
Control how biographies appear:
In a popup
Inline beneath the speaker name
Hidden
In the Registration Block section, you can adjust how and where the form is displayed:
Default layout places the form in the right-hand sidebar
Optionally display the form above or below the main content
Edit the button label
Set a custom "registration closed" message
To adjust the visual appearance of your event page:
Switch to the Styles tab in the editor.
Here, you can control:
Padding and spacing
Text and background colours
Module widths
Font colours and styles
Each section can have its own style applied, allowing you to fully align the page with your brand’s design.
Once your edits are complete:
Click Preview to see how the page looks
Click Update to apply changes to the live event page
Your landing page is now fully customized — ready to match your brand and engage your audience.
