Customizing Text and Visual Styles on Your Event Page

Event Engine gives you complete control over the content and appearance of your event landing pages. From section labels and speaker bios to form positioning and colour schemes, you can tailor every part of the page to fit your brand and audience.

Editing Page Content

To begin customising your event page:

  1. Open the Event Engine app.

  2. Select the event you want to edit.

  3. In the event page editor, switch to the Content tab.

Editable Sections

The Content tab is organised into the following sections:

  • Main Content

  • Agenda

  • Speakers

  • Partners

  • Registration Block

Expand any section to edit its text content, labels, visibility, and layout settings.

Agenda Layout Options

Within the Agenda section, you can choose from four display styles:

  • Table

  • Timeline

  • Blocks

  • None (hides the agenda completely)

Select the style that best fits the structure of your event.

Speaker Display Options

The Speakers section allows you to control what information is shown. You can:

  • Show or hide the entire speaker section

  • Toggle speaker images on or off

  • Display or hide job titles and organisations

  • Control how biographies appear:

    • In a popup

    • Inline beneath the speaker name

    • Hidden

Customising the Registration Form

In the Registration Block section, you can adjust how and where the form is displayed:

  • Default layout places the form in the right-hand sidebar

  • Optionally display the form above or below the main content

  • Edit the button label

  • Set a custom "registration closed" message

Editing Page Style

To adjust the visual appearance of your event page:

  1. Switch to the Styles tab in the editor.

Here, you can control:

  • Padding and spacing

  • Text and background colours

  • Module widths

  • Font colours and styles

Each section can have its own style applied, allowing you to fully align the page with your brand’s design.

Saving Changes

Once your edits are complete:

  • Click Preview to see how the page looks

  • Click Update to apply changes to the live event page

Your landing page is now fully customized — ready to match your brand and engage your audience.
